Return & Refund Policy for RepFitnessGear
At RepFitnessGear, we are committed to your satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our fitness equipment and apparel. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. All tags and labels must be attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

Hygiene/Safety Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items like grip aids, belts that have been adjusted or used, or any intimate apparel (e.g., compression shorts) unless defective.

Custom or Personalized Items.

Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).

Gift cards.

2. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Amount: You will be refunded the purchase price of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items returned with clear signs of use, damage not present at shipping, or missing parts/accessories.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
4. Return Shipping & Costs

Customer-Paid Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Return Address: Returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment center. Please do not send returns directly to our business address. The correct return address will be provided in your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.

Include: Your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: We will review your request and, if eligible, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns received without an RMA number will not be processed.
Step 3: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number visible on the outside of the box and ship it to the provided address. Retain your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for the item and, at our discretion, promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after our approval notification:

Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

Contact your payment processor (e.g., credit card company, PayPal). It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
